Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum error correction protocols
- Design photonic and superconducting quantum processor architectures
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Establish industry standards for quantum-classical integration
- Mentor researchers in quantum information theory and topological qubit design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum state tomography
- Patent portfolio in quantum computing technologies preferred
