Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Develop error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing stacks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system optimization
- Create quantum algorithms for cryptography and material science applications
- Present breakthrough architectures at IEEE Quantum Computing Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum architecture or high-performance computing
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in low-level programming (C++, Rust, Python)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Track record of leading technical teams through product launches
