Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hardware-software co-design specifications for 2026 quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into neural networks
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and lead industry standards committees

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubits or ion trap systems
