Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to future computational threats
- Document quantum system blueprints and performance specifications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum processors or quantum error correction systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
