Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures for 2026-era computational challenges
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.99% qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation
- Partner with hardware engineers to optimize qubit connectivity
- Establish quantum security frameworks for 2026-era threats
- Present quarterly quantum roadmaps to executive leadership
- Pioneer hybrid quantum-classical computing models
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or research
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Track record of translating theory to practical quantum applications
