Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with 2026 technological standards
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum error mitigation protocols and qubit stabilization techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for practical applications
- Create technical documentation and roadmap presentations for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
