Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise and research applications
- Develop novel quantum error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into practical hardware implementations
- Establish industry standards for quantum security protocols and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026-era data processing
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
