Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into enterprise solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define technical requirements and translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish and mentor engineering standards, driving innovation in cloud-native technologies and microservices.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience designing distributed systems and microservices on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
