Responsibilities

- Create quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Research and implement quantum communication protocols for secure networks
- Present architectural roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary R&D teams
