Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead architecture of quantum cloud services with 99.999% reliability targets
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity and gate operations
- Create quantum-resistant encryption standards for financial and government sectors
- Mentor junior engineers and publish research in quantum information science
- Drive adoption of quantum computing solutions through industry partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and superconducting qubits
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
- Certification in quantum security protocols (NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography standards)
