Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications in finance, healthcare, and AI
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimized for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead quantum system integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data networks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Drive research initiatives in topological qubits and error correction methodologies
- Collaborate with academic partners to advance quantum computing theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or demonstrated industry innovations
- Expertise in high-performance computing and parallel processing systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum-resistant security protocols
