Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, aligning with global tech trends
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Direct cross-disciplinary research in quantum-AI convergence
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Oversee implementation of next-gen neural interfaces and predictive analytics
- Author thought leadership publications in Nature/AI journals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks
- Proven track record of leading AI projects with $10M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with neuro-interface hardware (Neuralink, Synchron)
