Responsibilities
- Design quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications

- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Create roadmaps for quantum computing deployment across industries
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Present breakthrough findings at international conferences and publish research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware integration
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
