Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and control systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Track record of leading $5M+ quantum R&D projects
- Active contributor to quantum open-source initiatives
