Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen quantum computing systems with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026-era data networks
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for industrial applications
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or high-performance computing
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware
- Experience leading complex technical projects with $10M+ budgets
- Knowledge of quantum machine learning frameworks
