Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for optimization and simulation
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Mentor quantum engineering teams on cutting-edge research
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum hardware innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with $1M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Certification in quantum security architecture (preferred)
