Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published breakthrough work
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures

- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy and NISQ-era challenges
