Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical high-performance computing
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Present breakthrough research at international quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge quantum programming techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
- Experience with machine learning frameworks for quantum data analysis
- Certification in quantum computing security protocols (e.g., QKD implementation)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical quantum concepts into practical engineering solutions
