Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology vision, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Design and deploy scalable AI and machine learning architectures for high-traffic applications.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to research, prototype, and validate new AI models.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance of all AI integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in Generative AI and Large Language Models to drive innovation.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
