Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Advanced mathematical modeling skills for quantum state manipulation
