Qualifications

- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware programming
- Familiarity with NISQ-era hardware limitations and workarounds
