Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and coherence times
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype and test quantum processors using superconducting and photonic platforms
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for practical enterprise solutions

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum hardware
