Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in cryptography and AI
- Lead experimental quantum hardware testing and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure and manage partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation workshops
- Contribute to patent portfolios for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Stay ahead of emerging quantum threats and security paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware interfaces
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
