Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing architectures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into scalable quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
