Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/Cirq
- Published work in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
