Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum toolkit development
- Collaborate with industry partners to prototype quantum applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum algorithm design and complexity theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational physics
- Publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
