Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications in cryptography and AI optimization
- Lead experimental validation of quantum systems using superconducting qubit platforms
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with materials science teams to optimize quantum hardware components
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant applications
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction

- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped ion platforms
