Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science or equivalent with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Quil/Cirq programming frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Patent portfolio in quantum algorithms (minimum 3)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Security clearance for DoE projects preferred
