Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in machine learning and cryptography
- Design and optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era hardware platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into viable implementations
- Conduct experimental validation of quantum protocols using IBM, Rigetti, and D-Wave systems
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Proficiency with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
