Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate decoherence challenges

- Secure $1M+ in DARPA/NASA research grants annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
