Responsibilities

- Develop novel quantum error correction methodologies for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype quantum applications in cryptography and optimization
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum transition roadmaps
- Secure $5M+ in federal quantum research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming languages
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
- Experience securing government research funding (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
