Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on hardware platforms
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical computing solutions
- Publish research in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum computing frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
