Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in research grants and partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
- Proven ability to secure federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Experience leading quantum research teams
