Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems with 99.999% reliability for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure encryption protocols across distributed networks
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-time optimization challenges
- Coordinate with quantum hardware teams to co-design error-correction frameworks
- Create quantum readiness roadmaps for enterprise clients transitioning to 2026 tech standards
- Present quantum infrastructure blueprints to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum-computing fundamentals and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing fault-tolerant quantum systems with 100+ qubit deployments
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Certification in quantum security protocols (NIST IR 8105, ISO/IEC 2408)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
