Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead quantum network security protocols and quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams on qubit coherence and error correction systems
- Create quantum cloud service blueprints for enterprise clients in finance and healthcare
- Present quantum infrastructure roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and topology
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years in high-performance computing or quantum systems architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological qubit manipulation
- Proven experience with quantum programming frameworks (Q#, Cirq, Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of quantum networking protocols (QKD, teleportation)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- CISSP or equivalent security certification for quantum-resilient systems
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP quantum services)
