Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable quantum computing hardware with sub-100mK cryogenic systems
- Develop error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows
- Create real-time monitoring systems for quantum state coherence
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with HPC infrastructure
- Architect secure quantum communication networks
- Document quantum system specifications for ISO 2026 compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware or cryogenic systems development
- Expertise in pulse-level control for superconducting qubits
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Strong background in microwave engineering and RF signal processing
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface, surface-17)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Familiarity with NISQ-era quantum algorithms
