Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in writing clean, maintainable code and debugging software applications.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to manage social media content and digital advertising campaigns.
- Analyze data sets using Excel and SQL to generate reports and identify key business trends.
- Participate in Agile sprint planning meetings and daily stand-ups to ensure project alignment.
- Create technical documentation and user guides under the supervision of senior staff.
- Support client-facing activities, including preparing presentation decks and meeting notes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited university or college.
- Must be able to arrange academic credit for this position (we provide documentation for your registrar).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) or basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
