Responsibilities
- Develop predictive roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across healthcare, energy, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into strategic priorities
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Briefs' published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Architect proprietary foresight frameworks using machine learning trend analysis
- Manage $2M innovation portfolio with 15+ global research partners
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
- Present at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 clients
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technology impacts
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendHunter)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
