Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and articulate the comprehensive vision for the organization’s growth and technological advancement leading up to and through the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to predict future demands.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to ensure alignment on the 2026 strategic goals and deliverables.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee the strategic planning process to ensure optimal allocation of budget and human capital for 2026 initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate high-potential innovation projects that will drive value in the 2026 timeframe.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics to track the progress of the 2026 strategy and report on key milestones.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a related technical leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and create detailed roadmaps for a 3-5 year horizon.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to completion.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex strategies to diverse audiences.
