Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust multi-agent architectures capable of complex task decomposition and execution.
- Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Agentic AI into core product workflows.
- Research and prototype novel approaches to autonomous decision-making and memory retention.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and reliability at the edge and in the cloud.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering and agent evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience deploying production-grade LLM applications and handling model fine-tuning.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
