Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement complex, multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks independently.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific agentic behaviors, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Tool Integration: Build robust bridges between AI agents and external tools, APIs, and databases to enable real-world application.
- System Reliability: Ensure the stability and scalability of our AI infrastructure, implementing rigorous testing and monitoring protocols.
- Roadmap Leadership: Contribute to the technical roadmap for the 2026 release, identifying emerging trends in AI automation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and the 'Agentic AI' paradigm.
- System Design: Strong architectural skills with experience designing scalable, distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in a fast-paced environment.
