Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for high-volume data processing.
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
