Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines and neural networks.
- Define technical strategies for the integration of generative AI models into production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in machine learning and AI architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models that improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
