Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise automation.
- Lead the design of scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability and real-time inference.
- Establish and enforce rigorous ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI lab.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and implement continuous optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
