Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of supporting enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Guide the engineering team in selecting the right technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to align with long-term business goals.
- Model Development & Optimization: Oversee the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms to drive business intelligence.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to ensure high availability, security, and cost-efficiency for all AI workloads.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical code reviews.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to emerging data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or Architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLOps pipelines.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Future-Ready Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectures to meet future requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive boards.
