Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement high-performance AI infrastructure capable of scaling to meet the demands of the 2026 digital landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum algorithms.
- Define Technical Strategy: Create a comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision, aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously refine and optimize machine learning models for accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into deployable solutions.
- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing scalable architectures on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into product roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
