Job Description
Join the Architects of Tomorrow. Nexus Future Systems is seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of the core infrastructure that will power our ecosystem in 2026 and beyond. You won't just be building software; you will be defining the trajectory of human-machine collaboration in the next decade.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future-tech research and practical, scalable engineering solutions. You will be responsible for designing the neural architectures that drive our predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
Why Join Us?
We are a venture-backed lab dedicated to solving the hardest problems of the coming era. We offer a competitive salary, equity packages, and the freedom to experiment with bleeding-edge technologies before they become mainstream.
Responsibilities
- Design Future-Proof Architectures: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed to handle the data volume and complexity of 2026.
- Neural Network Engineering: Develop and optimize deep learning models, focusing on explainability and edge-computing integration.
- Quantum-Cloud Hybrid Systems: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum algorithms into classical cloud workflows.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for AI bias, safety, and compliance with emerging global regulations.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and drive the adoption of new programming paradigms, including Rust, WASM, and WebGPU.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Contribute to the technical roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the leap to AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) by 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Futuristic Skills: Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or experience with LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic directives for stakeholders.
