Job Description
We are building the infrastructure for the future of work. As a Senior AI Architect within our '2026 Vision' division, you will lead the design and deployment of next-generation Autonomous AI agents. This is not just a development role; it is a strategic position to define how humans interact with artificial intelligence in the enterprise landscape.
We are looking for a visionary engineer who thrives on solving complex problems at the intersection of deep learning, distributed systems, and scalable architecture.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Agentic AI workflows and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, distillation, and edge deployment to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Collaborate with DevOps teams to build resilient MLOps pipelines that support continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- RAG & Knowledge Graphs: Engineer advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and knowledge graph integrations to enhance AI accuracy and context awareness.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical onboarding.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, AI Safety, Constitutional AI) and propose innovative solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python and C++ with extensive experience building high-scale machine learning systems.
- Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Databases: Solid understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and distributed data storage.
- System Design: Proven ability to design systems that handle millions of requests with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
