Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex machine learning systems and predictive algorithms.
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating emerging trends such as Generative AI, Quantum-ready frameworks, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, high availability, and robust security protocols across all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure optimal model inference speeds.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and cloud architecture principles (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact AI products from concept to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
