Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Model Optimization: Drive performance improvements, reduce inference costs, and implement cutting-edge quantization techniques.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the 2026 technical roadmap and emerging technology integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching novel architectures (e.g., Transformer variants, Neural Symbolic AI).
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage the deployment of AI workloads on cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Databases: Deep knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Cloud: Strong experience designing distributed systems on major cloud platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
